Perhaps there ia special useful way to the different English learners, but honestly speaking, unfortunately I haven;t found the shortcut yet.  if you can get enough time when you are free, I guess that you can improve your English well. reading and talking is the best way to learn English.

Everytime when I start doing a paper, I have to read many English literatures related to my topic; trying to summasize the main idea of these papers and put them into my own will be helpful to improve my English Capacity.And in these days, we are having an English courses given by a lecture prefosser from Netherlands. I do like this way, because I can practice my oral and listening skill as well as promoting the professional knowledge.

"Its always that" 出现在这里，感觉有些别扭。直接说，I always listen to English songs to improve my listening skill.  就可以了。

I hope to get more chance to write and use in this forum.I think this may be a good way .
