Great idea！ I start to find this section on this forum today. Since 2011, my room has filled with more and more English papers. After reading these papers, on the one hand, I gained some understanding about my field, on the other hand, my reading speed has improved. I wish someday my reading speed of English essays will catch up with the speed of Chinese essays.

evidently，you are doing something which is significantly important,and I am willing to give some advises.I don't think that who remarks only meaningless thing such as thanks or else should be awarded by forum gold.we should propose some questions about economic or management then others make some relative answers ,both of them should be awarded. This thing is difficult to do but useful to what you said.
