Macroeconomics城镇化预期2020年城镇化率60%左右

国务院正在起草的《全国城镇化发展规划》明确了未来城镇化率的规划目标：规划到2020年城镇化率达到60%左右，努力实现1亿左右农业转移人口在城镇落户。据国家统计局发布消息，2012年中国城镇化率为52.57%。

Theurbanization rate is expected to reach about 60% in 2020

The State Council isdrafting a "national urban development plan" clearly stating thefuture of urbanization planning objectives. The Plan states that by 2020 theurbanization rate will have reached about 60%. Efforts will include theachievement of transferring 100 million in rural population to settlement intowns. According to the National Bureau of Statistics announcement, in 2012China's urbanization rate was 52.57%.

8月22号汇丰公布制造业PMI初值50.1，意外超过50荣枯线，创四个月高位。

1-7月国有企业利润增长7.6%

财政部8月22日公布数据：1-7月，国有企业累计实现营业总收入256200.8亿元，同比增长10.6%。累计实现利润总额12955.8亿元，同比增长7.6%。

YTD Julyprofits of state-owned enterprises increased by 7.6%

The Ministry of Financereleased data on August 22nd showing that in YTD July state-owned enterprisesrealized total revenue of 25.62008 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.6%. Totalprofit was 1.29558 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.6%.

制造业投资增速17.1%

今年1-7月，中国第二产业投资95765亿元，增长16%，其中制造业投资增速17.1%，从月度累计增长速度来看，两个增速指标均跌至了自2003年以来的十年最低点。

This year from January toJuly, China's secondary industrial investment was 9.5765 trillion yuan, anincrease of 16%, of which manufacturing investment growth was 17.1%. Looking atthe monthly cumulative growth rate, these two growth rate indicator havedropped since 2003 decade lows.

On August 23rd theMinistry of Commerce held a press conference: In YTD July, total retail salesof social consumer goods was 12.9277 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.8%. Thenational consumer price index rose 2.7%, unchanged from last month.

煤炭工业协会公布数据：前7个月全国煤炭产量21.3亿吨，同比减少7800万吨，下降3.5%；全国煤炭销量20.7亿吨，同比减少8400万吨，下降3.9%；全国铁路发送煤炭13.22亿吨，同比减少1629万吨，下降1.2%。

Nationwide sales were 2.07billion tons of coal, down 84 million tons and down 3.9%. The national railwaytransported 1.322 billion tons of coal, down 16.29 million tons and down 1.2%.

7月山西煤炭出口同比大幅下降53.7%

8月22日山西省煤炭工业厅统计：7月山西煤炭出口6.4万吨，较上月出口9.72万吨减少3.32万吨，较去年同期减少7.41万吨，同比下降53.7%。

海关总署：上半年炼焦煤进口增长27.58%

海关总署统计数据显示：上半年，我国累计进口炼焦煤3533.17万吨，同比增长27.58%，进口均价139.5美元/吨，同比下降18.55美元/吨、下降11.74%。
