虽然干活只需要本科生就可以了，但是基本上精算还是不招本科生，除非背景特别好

工作描述：
德勤管理咨询精算咨询团队，是两年内新成立的团队，老板和同事都是北美和英联邦的海归，团队氛围友好，同事热情亲切。团队不仅仅是传统精算，而是融合了高等定量分析方法，提供建模服务。
实习生的主要工作是协助团队进行咨询项目，包括数据分析、数据整理、文献翻译及其他工作，需要会看程序代码。客户是财产保险企业。由于一般同时要做好几个项目，所以实习生工作量较大。

团队正在发展壮大阶段，有很多培训机会，经常能接触到美国的顶级建模团队指导。有留用机会

职位要求：
每周至少2天，必须做满3个月以上（这个实习时间要求非常低，所以请务必履行承诺）
大四或研究生，英语水平优秀
具有精算、统计、金融或数学背景，会SAS编程/VBA/SQL者优先
我认识的靠谱人士优先，倾向于男生（因为老板觉得team女生太多）

工作地点&工资：
上海市黄浦区延安东路222号外滩中心，100/天

截止日期：
暂定9月15日，2个名额，招满为止
