【Main Responsibilities】
l Signing the reinsurance treaty
l Quarterly reinsurance treaty administration
l Monthly accrual on reinsurance cash flow, facilitating the financial
reporting
l Reinsurance reporting to CIRC
l Assist in internal and external audit on reinsurance

l To participate in Formulating and executing product strategies
l Dedicated to the development of products together with relevant depar
tments
l To track and analyze the sales performance of products and coordinate
/assist to take improvement actions
l To keep close to contact with channels concerning product innovation,
service innovation, customer preference and promotion activity as well as oth
er supports
l To drive and co-ordinate product development and all product related
or marketing activities to increase the sale of the product.
l To develop a feedback loop to ensure that new ideas and product impro
