岷县草产业发展现状及策略Current situation and strategy of grass industry in Minxian County作　　者：齐素芳 QI Su-fang（The Party School of Minxian County Committee of the Communist Party of China,Minxian 748400,China）机构地区：中共岷县县委党校,甘肃岷县748400 出　　处：《草业科学》 2012年第29卷第3期 495-498页,共4页Pratacultural Science摘　　要：岷县地处秦岭、黄土高原和青藏高原的交汇带。本研究通过分析其草产业现状,指出岷县草产业发展主要存在天然草地退化严重、栽培草地管理粗放和特色草产业加工技术不完善的问题,提出岷县草产业今后发展的方向是分区管理和分类经营,从建立草地生态补偿基金、发展草地观光旅游业、提高栽培草地生产力、提高草地资源的利用效率和培训农民能手等方面提出了岷县草产业的发展策略。The Minxian County locates at the intersection area of the Qinling Mountains,Loess Plateau and Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.After discussing on the current situation of grass industry in the Minxian County,this study pointed out that the grassland degradation,extensive management of pasture,and shortages of processing technology of the grass products were the main problems in the development of grass industry;and proposed that the classification management for grass industry was future trend of grass industry in Minxian County.Finally,this study proposed the development strategies of grass industry in Minxian County,including that it was necessary to establish the grassland ecological compensation fund,develop the grass tourism,increase the productivity of pasture,improve the utilization of grassland resources and train the talent farmers.关键词：岷县 草产业 天然草地 栽培草地 分区管理Minxian County ;grass industry ;grassland ;pasture ;classification management ;分类号：S812 [农业科学 > 畜牧、动物医学、狩猎、蚕、蜂 > 普通畜牧学]
