I like many  professors, especially those who show the process they analyse.
I think the good professor does not give facts a lot, but tries to enlighten his student and explore something profound.

i reckon , my favorite professor  should tell us what to learn, give us direction and refers to a way for us to help.

Are these problems you met in an interview?
I just guess it.
The favorite professor in my Bachelor time is Li Huilai. He is very professional, humorous and good at expressing complex ideas in very plain words. My favorite class is Mathematical Analysis led by Professor Li Huilai and you know the reason. I forget the class I hate as I just skipped them.

Most teachers in my collage, they just tought the knowledge written on the textbook. Few of them ever tried to lighten the researching fire in side of students' mind. But now as a postgraduate, I meet some professors with brilliant ideas and they treasure teaching and researching as their interests rather than a tool of making living. I hope I can get improvement by following them.
