I am new to FX market and I want to clarify some of the concepts.

For example, it is given the following information from the market,

Assume EUR is my home currency
How much should I get if I spend 1 EUR to buy USD in the market? (1.4656 or 1.4659)

If you use Euro to buy USD, that means you sell the EUR and get USD.
the bid/ask chart you provided, you will get the bid price, you get 1.4656 USD for each EUR - because you are selling（ EUR）。
