I am dealing for the first time with a database with multiple groups, and not sure how to proceed in terms of developing constructs/factors.

I have data about projects from both team members aggregated at the team level and senior managers (same questions were asked; Likert-scale). I also know which projects received funding. I want to learn for example what teams thought to be the crucial success factors for funded and unfunded projects compared to the senior managers.

In order to do that, I am trying to figure out how I can test whether the teams and senior managers have similar factor structures or not.
