题目关于欧洲央行主要再融资（main refinancing operation)的基准分配额（benchmark/neutral allotment),

有如下表格

MRO July week 2 (maintenance period 28 days, 4 weeks)

另附条件：

1. The average reserve requirements for all banks are EUR 30 mln, and the average holding of banks at the reserve accounts at the ECB during the first week of the maintenance period was EUR 30 mln

2. Total collateral at the ECB is around EUR 1200 mln

3. The current ECB minimum bid rate is 4 %, the last minimum allotment rate was 4.05%, and the average allotment rate is 4.08%.
