It is said that a nation is evaluated on the way she treats her members, not to mention her weakest members tonight.

Most of us accept that students from different schools as part of our community. The same dignities are given to all of us. When we find out someone in need of help we come to their aid because of brotherhood and kindness.  There are few that are exceptions to this rule but most of us are still believe man should not be judged by where is he or she graduated from.  

A responsible mother will never abandon her child for poor GPA and a caring brother will never disrespect his brother or sister for bad academic performance.  We love him, because we are family. We express our care to those in need to make it through the darkest hours of their lives.

When we see a helpless student on our forum, the norm is to treat him or her like our old friend. We accept him or her as a part of our family. As long as he did his or best best, he or she deserves our sympathy, deserves our care and deserve our praise.

When the moment comes, we will know every human is different every human is the same...

我觉得他说的没错，但是我也觉得我们国家并不是不给那些底子差的人机会，但是这些人总感觉有些得寸进尺。才第一学历歧视就那么多吐槽的了。我见过更绝的。外资企业问应聘的家庭背景，如果父母是从事相关工作的才能录取。这些歧视都有原因的，在一个发展迅速的时代里不论高校还是企业都希望自己的成员是好上加好。对第一学历的要求也是节省人力成本的一个方面。我在学管理学后对那些所谓的歧视有了很彻底的颠覆性理解。这个时代说真的除了生命能实现平等其他的东西几乎不可能。

you have mentioned a really ideal atmosphere in the most utiliterian society. i should admit that someone is really hardworking and i know its immoral to judge anyone in the standard of their degree ，but some of them are not rational at all. they complain about their bad treatment ，but why they have to consider themselves shuld get as much attention as 985 institutions？im confused about their opinion. our country dont need as much phd as we think. every college only need one or two phd， if every doctors sends their cv to college，then who will pay the cost of HR？ i learned some basic management knowledge this semester，i really sympathy for the failure，but we should know that，when the supply over the demand，the value will fall. it's not a matter that deserve our complaining.
when the resourse is scarce，we should choose the best to use then efficiently.however，someone is not lucky enough to get this opportunity.
our country is accountant to her citizens，but her citizens should try as much as they can，either.
