这题正确答案我认为应该选D。因为弹性就是直线的斜率，直线整体向右移动并不改变斜率，所以，供给价格弹性也不变。

C是正确的啊。。如果斜率增加 弹性就会变大 跟题干的上移没有关系。。

题干说的是向上移动噢。
向上平移的话P变大而Q不变，弹性变大；
向右平移的话P不变而Q变大，弹性变小
