Responsibilities:
Develop statistical models to resolve businss problems, such as customer segmentation, acquisition and retention,risk management, operation optimization etc
Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
Partner with business team to understand business problems and initiate marketing strategies
Guide junior members to finish work
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
more than 3 years of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models
Proficient in SAS/SPSS/SQL/EXCEL/POWERPOINT
Experience in Customer Segmentation, Churn Predictive Modeling, Response Modeling and Campaign Management etc
Strong capability to collect, structure, analyze, report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
