本人高一学生，父亲是一名生意人，业余时间炒股顺便帮人操盘，觉得略有收益，希望能让我学习一下，但我父亲是半路出家，并不懂个中细节，希望我能自学，不知道各位前辈有何指教？

Here we go,
I believe you need to know something about,

cooperate finance,
Assets evaluation,
Intermediate and advanced accounting,
Financial analysis, modeling and projection,
concept of investment,
portfolio management,
Derivatives etc
Security regulation,
Commercial law etc.

After acquiring all those basic knowledge,
you may focus on portfolio simulation,
this will give you an idea about investment.

Meanwhile,
please pay attention to security reports from Bloomberg.
The fresh and professional report will strengthen your understanding about investment.

I hope this helps.

It is rare that an amateur could time, not to mention, beat the market in the long run.
So many professional investors, even equipped with sophisticated analytic tool,  still couldn't do it.

父亲是半路出家，并不懂个中细节 indicates your father is not an investor, but a gambler.

If you really mean it,
you need to learn how entity make money first.

Then, you know how to pick up the one with promising future.
That is the one you should invest.

If you are inpatient to do so,
you are actually talking about timing.

That's not investment, another nice term for gambling.

一般情况下新人手气壮，很大概率都能在半年内市值上升15%以上。但是成为老股民就像吸食毒品一样欲罢不能，能保本不亏就谢天谢地，年收益10%就烧高香。远离股市，多干实事。

去看看关于操盘的书，然后再去学习金融工程里面的货币银行学，金融市场学，银行学。慢慢来
