How to import excel file into SAS and do the transformation from row to column, and column to row?

I have a big excel file

I want import to SAS, and meanwhile I want to change the row of the file into column and column into row.

How to do that?

What's the code for that?

SAS has an import engine ,you can use it import excel file into sas ,it's very easy: file—import data;

and if you want to change the row to column ,you can use sas/document ,search:proc transpose;
