2001  版有可以找到免费的下载， 2013 年的第二版找不到免费的，但找花点钱可以买的到。

Thanks for invitation to this topic.  I got a photocopied version of this second edition and from a friend in Hong Kong sometime ago when he studies in the Chinese University.  Please see whether it helps or not.  Thanks again.
