急需各省从中央获得的转移支付数据，不包含税收返还，最好能把财力性转移支付和专项转移支付分开。现在查阅了各种年检，要不然就没有，要不然就是和税收返还混在一起分不开。《中国地市县财政分析资料》中只有地市县级的分项转移支付，没有省一级的。那位兄弟姐妹知道这个数据的来源出处，不胜感激

不是每个省都有，各省统计年鉴包含的内容不同，指标不统一
