Desired skills
Self-motivated: ability to be self-guiding and results-oriented, while able to thrive in an environment with a measure of autonomy and ambiguity. 
Understanding/experience with U.S. and PRC GAAP, management accounting, and accounting operations. 
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, ability to operate effectively without direct authority. Presence of mind and coolness under pressure. 
Good communicator: conveys information clearly in written or verbal form; listens well. 
Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.
