1. Open the URL of http://www.picktorrent.com/download/62/16314135/stata-13---win&mac,-small-ic-se-mp,-full-install/
2. Download the torrent file.
3. Please use xunlei to download it (.zip file, about 537MB) then unpack it.
4. Run the .msi file to intall the stata 13, pls choose which version to intall (SE\MP..., for windows\mac).
5. (Important) Finally, copy the .lic file into the directory of stata 13 (usually C:/program files/stata 13).

It's done! So easy.

I've tested the functions, it's good.
