As part of our Analytics team, you will be part of network experiencedin leading statistical tools, methods and applications. From data to analyticsand insights to actions, our forward-thinking consultants provideanalytically-informed, issue-based insights at scale to help our clientsimprove outcomes and achieve high performance.
Keyresponsibilities
Identify value levers and estimate business benefits ofapplying Analytical methodology
Translate business requirements into analytic problem anddefine correct analytics approach, balancing rigorous scientific analysis withbusiness needs or even constraints
Develop advanced statistical models that relate customer (marketing,sales or service) activities to financial results
Leverage optimization techniques to guide clients to thebest decisions
Collaborate with client implement solutions, and synthesizeand communicate results to clients
Take initiative to advance your analytic and problem solvingskills and train others
Basic Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, DataMining, Econometrics or related quantitative fields, graduated from top-tieruniversities
Proficient in SAS or other advanced analytical software, soliddata processing, data analytics, data mining experience.
Advanced SQL ,Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in CRM Analytics (Customer Segmentation, ChurnPredictive Modeling, Response Modeling and Campaign Management)
Industry knowledge in insurance, banking, retail, e-commerce, etc are preferred
Consulting experience with major international consultingfirms or internal consulting experience with industry leading companies arepreferred
Good oral and written English
