1. Work Stream: IT (2)
l Job Description:
1) Filing and documentation
2) Assist client in defining user requirements
3) Sort backup system function list, compare with user requirement and set up the comparison chart
4) Arrange meetings for clients and IT vendor
5) Take meeting minutes and track the progress of implementations
6) Coordinate with the design of RFP and systems selection proposal
7) Make quota and vendor protocol etc.
l Requirements:
1) Good presentation
2) Proactive to work and willing to learn
3) English proficiency in writing
2. Work Stream: Risk Management (5)
l Job Description:
1) Translate documents from English to Chinese
2) Assist drafting work manual, procedure, SOP, flow chart
3) Conduct field survey and market analysis as required
4) Handle logistics if needed
l Requirements:
1) Excellent English translation skills
2) Financial major background is preferred
3. Work Stream: Sales & Distribution (4)
l Job Description:
1) Assist in market researches
2) Conduct interviews with clients
l Requirements:
1) Local people are preferred
2) Marketing or Logistic major is preferred
3) Strong communication and coordination ability, good at communication.
4) Proficiency of computer
5) Initiative and execution ability
6) Willing to work hard
