what is the SIFI?

Systemically  Important  Financial  Institutions，
国际货币基金组织（IMF）、国际清算银行（BIS）和金融稳定理事会（FSB）的定义：系统重要性金融机构是指由于规模、复杂度与系统相关度，其无序破产将对更广范围内金融体系与经济活动造成严重干扰的金融机构。
