此文LZ提供的篇名中“inves-tigation”应为“investigation”。这给搜索带了一些不便，还请下次注意。

第2篇的那个期刊Research in personnel and human resources management似乎在2000年前没有电子版，太落后了……而LZ要的文章恰巧是1999年，太背了……
