The Economist Intelligence Unit is seeking part-time research assistants to help with data analysis, econometrics work and report editing etc. in Beijing. Applicants should have a solid background in economics or a related quantitative field, and have good knowledge of business and economics. The applicants should be familiar with standard software packages for statistical analysis, and Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint. Fluent English is necessary since the everyday responsibility involves conducting research in English and communicating with clients and colleagues.
