BEIJING, September 25, SinoCast -- SurDoc confirmed that it has received strategic investment from Qihoo 360 in the first half of 2014, estimated to be worth USD 30 million.
SurDoc mainly offered public cloud service to small and midsize companies, having formed cooperation with Qihoo 360, respectively responsible for research and development as well as marketing and promotion.
Talking of relationship with Qihoo 360, SurDoc CTO pointed out that both sides have no competition, remaining close partners along industrial chains.
