City University of Hong Kong has a strong Engineering school, and is ranked top among HK universities by Academic Ranking of World Universities: http://www.shanghairanking.com/FieldENG2014.html.

Dr. TAN Matthias Hwai-yong from department of Systems Engineering & Engineering Management(SEEM), CityU of HK  is looking for self-motivated Ph.D. students (2016 Entry) to do research in the areas of design and analysis of experiment or statistical quality engineering with full financial support.  

Students with background in engineering, computer science, statistics/math are welcome to contact Dr. TAN (matthtan@cityu.edu.hk ) with your full resume, transcripts, and score of a standard English test (CET 6/ TOEFL/IELTS).
