    向大家请教，向一家美国期刊投稿后，该期刊编辑部发来邮件，让我填写版权协议书，具体要求如下：除了在地址下方签名以外，还要将文章的题目填写在协议书中的一处，到底是何处？大家能不能帮帮我，谢谢啊!
    After reviewing your copyright form, I must write and request you send another document for the following reasons: you did not `sign' the copyright form in the appropriate space (just below where you listed your address) and you did not insert the `title' of your article which is about halfway down the form.
Can you please complete the form in its entirety and resend back to me through CATS or e-mail or fax.
