<p>俺的话：不同的行业、不同的生命周期、不同的分部结构、市场结构、产品结构、组织结构都会导致不同的模型。所以，没有一个universe model可以适用于所有公司。对于分析师来说，各种模型多多益善！老板看不懂你的模型，嘿嘿，但是自己知道里面水分多大。附件是一个风投seed phase模型。主营收入来自于subscriber transaction和company member fee，有收入、人员设备等各种成本的分解。这个模型不代表你能照抄用，但是借鉴起来还是有不少帮助的。seed phase的模型很少，所以，俺也找到机会黑一把！收集点现金应付被哄抬的物价！嘿嘿，有论坛现金的，打劫啦！兄弟们想研究又没现金的，联系俺哦，千万别拿人民币换论坛现金买，那俺就不好意思了。</p><p>另外，模型结果是income statement,bs statement,cash flow statement,没有后面的valuation过程。但是有三大表，无论基于FCFF用DCF，还是PS,PE,EV/EBITDA都不会有问题了吧。如果关注后续过程的，别买了哦。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>模型原作者的话：</p><p>Written in an easy to use Excel spreadsheet, this model provides the user with an assumptions page, a staffing page, income statement (5 years), balance sheet (5 years), and cash flow statement (5 years).&nbsp; Best of all, it is month by month, and since it is in Excel, you can view all the incredible formulas.&nbsp; </p><p>There are "hidden" columns and rows all over the place.&nbsp; Open them up to make adjustments.&nbsp; I've set this thing to print.I make no assurances this financial model conforms to GAAP.While this model should provide entrepreneurs with a good platform, it is not a universal model.&nbsp; You will need to adapt it to your specific model.I have not set this model to calculate inventory and few other things.You can adjust certain numbers in the Assumptions page to adjust revenue, expenses, and staffing needs.&nbsp; Play around with Blue numbers.While I am happy with this model, it is probably "buggy."&nbsp; There are probably a few errors. Unless you screw up formulas, the balance sheet should always balance (how cool is that?)</p><p>&nbsp; <br/></p><p>&nbsp;</p><br/>

说实话，在国内vc市场，俺根本不认为seed phase有建模的必要。大家玩的是击鼓传花，模型结果参考意义实在不大，几乎和找个算命先生相相面差不多。

模型值得借鉴的也就是分解的思路而已。
