This report aims to support the People’s Republic of China (PRC)  national carbon emission reduction plan in railway station buildings; to learn and make use of the advanced technologies in international building management; and to ensure energy savings, safety, and comfort in railway station buildings in a cost-efficient way from the perspective of energy management, with expected energy savings of 20% through implementation of intelligent building control.
