高手们,像样的案例的文章应该怎么样写呀

do you mean the "case study" ??

Introdution( including 1) dos the authors srate purpose/problem/ or question to be considered?2) how do the authors convince the reader that the project is worth reading??

body( including background information, is the project weel organized? own analysis)\

Conclusion( including briefly conclude again what is answers that related to the question asked in the introduction part/ also make some suggestions/comments or future works)

By the way,,,,,If you want to have higher mark, i suggested that you should add extra part that contain soem criticism about the case. Try you best to find some critical issues.

by the way..... if you want some example about the "case study", you can e-mail me. Please just make sure that which type of the case that you want?? EG,..strategic analysis??(that is related to management rather than finance)...or you want to write the case anaylsis that is about new project whether it will bring positive NPV for the company( that is related to the corporate finance), or you want to write the case anaylsis that is about finance journal( that is related to money maket). If you need help, please contact with me.

i have not working experience yet, becasue i am still a student in the NZ. Next year, i will finish my degree and start to work. [em04]maybe,,, everyone here is already expertise.......but if you need know how to write case study and essay, i could help you a bit.

其中 BODY里还可以在分一个EXCLUSIVE SUMMARY出来，把研究的意图，方法和研究的组织形式介绍一下，BODY就专攻分析

个人认为weston一篇关于merger的案例很具有参考价值，推荐（输入weston和merger这两个关键词应该可以在网上找到的，一篇讲石油公司并购的案例）
