1、什么是CFA?
 CFA 是the Chartered Financial Analyst的简写，即特许金融分析师或注册金融分析师。
CFA Program是针对专业投资者而举办的职业培训项目，改项目要求报考者通过自身学习，逐次通过难易程度、侧重点不同的三级CFA书面考试。为保证公平，该考试采用全英文命题。
如果你全部通过CFA的三级考试并且拥有一定年限的相关从业经验，通过申请，经CFA协会审核通过后，将会被协会授予特许金融注册师的头衔（CFA charter）。

3、2009 CFA考试
1）报考条件：
 报考者拥有美国的学士学位（或其他国家同等学位）；
 或者 注册时，报考者是大学本科即将毕业的学生 (报考二级考试需递交证明文件)；
 或者 报考者拥有四年职业投资的从业经验；
 或者 报考者大学学习年限和从事职业投资年限之和满四年。
 （注：相关暑假实践、兼职、实习均不算做是从事职业投资工作时间）
2）考试时间和地点：目前设在中国的考点有北京、上海、广州；
 每年6月份举行一级，、二级、三级考试，每年12月份仅举行一级考试。

 

4、2009 CFA注册与考试报名
 第一次参加CFA考试的考生必须先注册，才可进行考试报名

5、2009 CFA 考试日程
一般情况下，为保证考生有充足的复习时间，各级考试前约11个月，CFA官网开始接受注册与考试报名；考生报名后，CFA协会随即邮寄教材。

2009年6月份 一级、二级、三级考试日程
 2009年2月18日 第二阶段注册与考试报名截止日期
 2009年3月16日 最后阶段注册与考试报名截止日期
 2009年3月16日 考生更换考点截止日期
 24 March 2009 考生因宗教信仰申请更换考试时间与残障考生提交住宿申请截止日期
 2009年5月底   考生网上打印准考证
  2009年6月6日  考试日 （除东亚和大洋洲地区）
   2009年6月7日  东亚和大洋洲地区 考试日 
   2009年6月~7月 试卷评级（阅卷时间段）
  2009年7月底   CFA 一级考试成绩查询
  2009年8月底   CFA二级、三级考试成绩查询

若提前报名有优惠，具体收费见下表。（单位为美元，乘以当前汇率可以换算为人民币）

2009年6月 CFA考试费用一级、二级、三级
报名截止日期  注册费用（仅第一次注册时缴纳） +  考试报名费 =  费用总计
 2008年9月24日  $390  + $600  = $990
 2009年2月18日 $390  + $690  = $1080
 2009年3月16日 $465  + $930  = $1395
重考只需要缴纳当次考试的报名费

2009年12月 CFA 考试费用 仅限一级
报名截止日期 注册费用（仅第一次注册时缴纳） + 考试报名费= 费用总计

7、考前准备
1）、CFA各级考试费用中含有相关教材费用。报名后，CFA协会把教材邮寄给考生。
2）、为保证公平，CFA协会在全球均采用英文命题，且各级考试内容均以考试大纲和CFA邮寄教材为准。

8、学习时间安排，学习时间安排可根据自身情况确定，CFA官方给出的建议是>>
准备CFA每一级别的考试需要约6个月，这6个月中总计需要学习约250小时，平均每周学习10~15个小时。
一般情况下，考生经过3~4年可以通过全部考试，之后经申请，审核通过后获得CFA授衔。
