求教如何快速获得并购中被收购企业的财务数据

各位大神，麻烦请教下如何能快速获得并购中被收购方的一些财务数据，比如资产规模，存货规模等。我目前能想到的办法就是去wind上面把并购交易报告或者草案下载下来，再去草案里面把数据找出来，求问有没有更快速方便的方法呀？跪求~

Bloomberg Terminal
From the Bloomberg Terminal, login, and type Merger.  You will be prompted for the MA database.  This will allow you to create spreadsheets on M&A deals similar to Deal Pipeline.  Bloomberg allows for more granular searching than Deal Pipeline.

可以去国泰安数据库和锐思数据库直接下公司财务报表，希望对你有用

除了上市公司公告的数据一般就没有了，除非你能够参与到项目中去。

can Bloomberg show financial figures of the sell-side company directly? Usually, most database only have the buy-side financial figures.

可以去草案里面一个个找出来，但是太慢了

国泰安的公司财报只能是上市公司吧，而并购中被收购方大多是非上市的，好像不太可行哎。锐思数据库能够下载并购中非上市的吗？谢谢
