We usually have very excellent organization structure or attractive strategy, however, we failed as always. There are many causes contributing to our failure experience. And I think the one of the major factors we're turning a blind eye to is the training, I mean, the REAL, PRACTICAL training, which enable our employees to perform at or even beyond our expectation.
I've read thru some books focused on training, or motivation, but I strongly recommend this booklet, since I've tried this out in our workshop and it paid off.
