The question here is not that I intend to say the online corporate platform would decrease the degree of division of labor here, on contrary, the existence of these platforms is a matching mechanism for the labor market, people are not subject to any judgement and definition from their possible employers other than their own professional characteristics posted on this platform as validated information. People are chat egotists as groups of perfect labor service substitutes and all the things that the employer need to do is try to specify in a very clear manner what his intended labor product is, this platform will automatically help the employer to find the employees to accomplish the task, and the way of choice that this platform holds is a randomized way that picks from groups of perfect substitutes. This means that the employers and employees are anonymous to each other, and employers would give feedbacks to employees based on the product quality, which will become a basis for future choice of the platform. The workers remain a competitive relationship as the platform will carry out the multiple similar tasks in a redundant scale, and compete with each other in acquisition to fulfill the predetermined requirements from the employer.
