【求助】R中JM包内置simulateJM{}怎么用？

http://www.inside-r.org/packages/cran/JM/docs/simulate这是这个函数的用法，但我没有看懂赋值的方法。尤其是里面的thetas，formulas 和data
说明是list，但是我不知道该以什么格式去赋值。
有大神可以教教吗?help文件下的example没有用。
