Abstract: Nash Bargaining Model to supply chain management, the bargaining process between a manufacturer and a retailer over one
period on the classical contract, is described in this paper. It analyzed the result under different bargaining powers, different average
demands, and different standard deviations. It also discussed the effect of these parameters in the model. The experiment proves the model
effective. At last, the article points out the possible developed model from the original one considering risk assessment and buyback
contract.
