今天收到Applied Economics的主编回复：
I have now received a report on your paper in which the referee makes a number of recommendations for improvement. Whilst I am unable to accept the paper for publication in its present version, therefore, I should be happy to reconsider the paper if you were to revise it along the lines suggested by the referee, and encourage you to do so.
The reviewer's comments are given below.
To revise your manuscript log into https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ape and enter your author centre where you will find your manuscript title listed under "manuscripts with decisions". Under "actions" click on "create a revision". Your MS number will be automatically adjusted to denote a revision.
You cannot revise the originally submitted manuscript. You must revise the manuscript and save it onto your computer and upload the NEW manuscript through your author centre. Please detail any changes you have made in the space provided.
Please provide a source file with the resubmission including the following:
Author affiliations
Author contact details
Confirmation of corresponding author
Abstract
Keywords
JEL codes
Also please upload figures and tables to the appropriate places.
