这本书已经绝版，但是作者将原书内容放到了一个manuel中间，现在的书名为
Using Gauss for Econometrics
Carter Hill and Lee Adkins

The second portion of the manual consists of chapters written by Carter Hill and
formerly published by John Wiley and Sons under the title, Learning Econometrics
Using Gauss. The book once sold as a supplement to Judge, et al.
Introduction to the Theory and Practice of Econometrics. Wiley (mistakenly,
we believe) allowed Learning Econometrics to go out of print and has no intention
of reviving the product at this time.

The combination of Learning Econometrics Using GAUSS and the introductory
material on using GAUSS that you are holding in your hands has been
rapidly thrown together; the project is in its preliminary stages and this manual
is being offered ‘as is’ with the hope that further refinements will make it a
usable supplement to econometrics courses.

楼主可以看一下是否是你需要的？不过我看好像不是同一个作者啊。

我正巧在看这本书，这是1989年的书吧，我从图书馆的馆际互借发的申请，等了很久寄来的发现写着electronically reproduced from digital information stored at John Wiley & Sons

我看一下能不能抽空去扫描。

ps:那个作者后来写了好多计量课本带软件使用说明，excel,eview,shanzam sas都有。
