赵忠，中国人民大学劳动人事学院教授，博士生导师。
    1991年毕业于中国人民大学国际经济系，获经济学学士学位，2002年获美国约翰斯.霍普金斯大学经济学博士学位。
    加入人民大学前，赵忠是德国劳动研究所(波恩)(IZA, Bonn)的高级研究员(Senior Research Associate)。
    他还曾在云南省财政厅和北京大学工作过，并在美国南加州大学和荷兰丁伯根研究所做过访问。
    赵忠的研究兴趣包括劳动经济学、公共政策与社会项目评估、应用微观计量经济学、卫生经济学和中国经济。他的研究成果发表在《经济研究》、《经济学季刊》、《管理世界》、《世界经济》、Review of Economics and Statistics、Journal of Population Economics、Review of Income and Wealth和Economics Letters等国内外期刊上。
