面对美国的制裁，我们有什么反制措施？

It is not clear cut that the US measures are in accordance with WTO safeguard rules and not a disguised protection.
China should have prepared itself much earlier, so appropriate counter measures could be taken immediately following the US decision. But any counter measures should be in accordance with WTO rules.
The US is notorious in designing and using various protective measures. It did this to Japan when Japan was very competitive in the 70s and 80s.
Now the US economy has been in serious trouble, so it is only natural for it to employ old tricks to please its domestic audience.

应该也调整国内的产业政策，除了提高自己的科技外，也应该实施反击措施：
　　1、从美国进口的汽车；
　　2、大豆；尤其是转基因大豆
　　3、玉米；

等等规范我国产业的措施

几乎没有。。。。因为中国每年都是贸易顺差，而且中国是出口大国，对美国的依赖性比美国对此国的依赖性要强，，，，中国的盗版货也是美国经济的一大打击之一。。。。。。忍吧。。。。。只能抗议，，，游行，，，示威这些笨蛋作为了
