Trainee Development Program
The Trainee Development Program is one of the key initiatives of Colgate in people development, which is specially designed for the young calibers newly graduate from university like you. We provide to trainees a systematic and competency based development program to support their success in the increasingly competitive business environment.
The Trainee Development program forms the first, crucial step on a structured, long-term career path. You will be partnering by a team of highly skilled business professionals, your Immediate Manager, your Mentor and HRs who will share their experience, provide coach and support to you.
Our program provides:
- Job rotations in different job-related functions.
- Possible assignments in different functions related to your job.

Colgate is the world leader of Oral Care; and we strive to bring people healthy teeth and bright smile. This year, we deliver Colgate Oral Care Day in Zhongshan University (University City) and Peking University. Students could get professional Dental Check and Oral Care consulting, which is freely provided by Stomatological Hospital.
