情商的生理构成:
你所感知的一切以电讯号形式要达到控制理智的大脑前庭(frontal lobe),要先经过大脑边缘系统(limbic system),就是情绪产生的地方。这个流程促使你先激发情感,后理智思考。不过两者是互相交流的,这两个脑区域的交流就是情商的生理来源了。

翻译成人话就是生理上决定了你会先对人对事产生情绪,然后才能理智思考。怎样在两者间平衡沟通就看你的情商了。
信息在这两个管理情感和理智的脑域间流通就好像车在路上行驶一样。有的人有条乡间泥泞小路,有的人是宽阔的马路,练习提高情商就好比拓宽这条路。
大脑的可塑性是很好的,不断训练可以让神经元建立更多链接。要知道每个神经元可以建立15000个链接!而这种增长的连锁反应是保障你情商越来越高的生理因素。
但你必须持续反复练习学到的方法才能化为己用。比如,你每次生气就要大喊大叫,你需要找到一个替代大喊大叫的好行为并反复练习,才能改变这个陋习。一开始可能很困难,但你每练习一次,就拓宽了大脑内的连接通路,慢慢你就能在生气时不再大喊大叫了。而且,这种改变经过实验证实是可持续的。
