如果中国的企业没有子公司但是有分公司，年报上的财务报表都写的是企业报表而不是合并报表，请问这样的企业应该归类为合并consolidate 还是非合并unconsolidate 或者说应该看成是the company 还是the group

分公司应该是总公司的分支，就是说只有总公司一个法人，资本就是总公司的资本。财务报表只有一份
子公司是母公司持有子公司的股份，母子公司是不同的法人和公司，会计个体也不是一样的，财务报表当然不是一份。
母公司为了体现它的总体财务状况，经营成果，现金流量等等，就要将它的子公司它享有的分数，包含在自己的财务报表里面吧。
