本人现在在英国ICMA(国际资本市场协会）读master~
试贴一个Fixed Income and equity investments 上课用的教材
一共五个

这次传的是内容都是关于 Topic 1 - Sovereign and Corporate Bonds
我们每周都有一个lecture，一个seminar
Topic 1 - Slides是上课讲的ppt
2-4个附件是seminar习题，解答以及seminar上老师用的ppt
最后一个附件是针对topic 1 的additional reading

	Reading - bond prospectus circular_bearer_bonds_2001.enb.pdfThe attached is the legal document that is produced when a new issue is launched, here a convertible bond. Of particular interest are pages 16 - 22 that summarise the instrument's characteristics that we discuss in the lecture.
