We seek an energetic accounting/finance professional with CPA certificate and at least 2-3 years’ experience within the Accounting Department. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and a dynamic and professional work environment. Chinese speaking is required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Accounting analysis and reconciliation for company accounts

· Prepare and record journal entries and ensure integrity of financial data

· Perform high-transactional bank reconciliations

· Collaborate with accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely recording of bank activity

· Detailed daily cash management reporting

· Maintain financial regulatory reporting calendar and ensure all required internal and external reporting deadlines are met

· Audit participation as directed

· Ongoing review for process improvement

· Assist in preparing accounting regulatory reporting

· All responsibilities performed in accordance with GAAP and company policy

Required Background/Skills:

· Fluent in both Chinese and English;

· Three years’ experience as an accountant in a fast paced environment;

· College degree required;

· Advanced Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook;

· Ability to interact professionally with employees of all levels within the company; strong communication skills are highly desirable;
