不知道论坛里的心理学学者，或者是对心理学感兴趣有多少是女性，因为我觉得Rose Weitz编写的这本The politics of women's bodies : sexuality, appearance, and behavior对女性的帮助应该更大一些。
最开始接触这本书是因为老师发了一篇Discourse Theory的补充阅读，Sandra Barkty的一篇经典文章，Foucault, femininity and the modernization of patriarchal power(1998). 读完这篇文章以后觉得颠覆和重新认识了很多以前固有的或者现在看来是被外界强加于女性价值观体系里的观念，而这些观念应该可以说是全球女性通有的。因为这篇文章收录于Rose Weitz编写的那本书里，所以想在网上找一下电子版，可惜没有找到，没办法只能去学校图书馆借了纸质书。这本The politics of women's bodies 3rd 于2010年由Oxford University Press出版，收录了很多篇知名学者们的文章，目录如下：
