我国近年来货币政策的走向及作用分析

摘要
：货币政策是国家宏观调控的重要手段。近年来，国家依据国内外经济运行情况，对货币政策先后进行了由“稳健——从紧——适度宽松”的重大调整，国家货币政策的适时调整对维护社会经济的正常运行，支持社会经济的平稳快速发展产生了十分积极有效的作用。在当前国际金融危机日趋严峻的情况下，我认为必须坚定地实施适度宽松的货币政策，综合运用多种工具采取一系列灵活有力地措施，保持银行体系流动性充分供应，促进货币信贷合理、平稳增长，积极配合国家扩大内需等一系列刺激经济的政策措施，加大支持经济发展的力度，全力推进社会经济的平稳、持续、快速发展。

In the current international finance crisis stern situation, must implement the moderate loose monetary policy firmly day by day, synthesis utilization many kinds of tools takes a series of nimbly powerfully measures, maintains the bank system fluidity full supply, the promotion currency credit reasonable, the steady growth in, coordinates the country to expand positively needs and so on a series of stimulation economy the special operational policy measures, enlarge support economy development dynamics, advances the social economy with all one's strength steadily, continually, the fast development。
