信息披露诚信机制与股市健康发展

摘要：信息披露制度是上市公司为保障投资者利益、接受社会公众的监督而依照法律规定必须将其自身的财务变化、经营状况等信息和资料向证券管理部门和证券交易所报告，并向社会公开或公告，以便使投资者充分了解情况的制度。上市公司信息披露是公众公司向投资者和社会公众全面沟通信息的桥梁。但是在上市公司的的信息披露过程中出现了不够全面、及时和充分的情况，影响了股市的健康发展。本文将对目前我国上市公司信息的披露模式及其内容进行分析,指出其存在的缺陷与不足以及需要改正和完善的地方。分析各行为主体之间的行为给诚信机制建设带来的问题，并提出建议。关键词：信息披露； 柠檬市场；诚信机制

Analysis of the behavior of the main game between the acts of good faith to the mechanism construction, and make recommendations. Highlight the integrity of information disclosure mechanism for the healthy development of China's stock market.
