资源节约型和环境友好型城市发展模型研究

摘要
：针对我国资源与环境面临的严峻形势，《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》把“资源利用效率显著提高，生态环境明显好转”作为构建社会主义和谐社会的九大目标任务之一，专门提出了建设“资源节约型、环境友好型社会”。本文在回顾已有相关研究文献的基础上，探索“两型社会”在新形势下的理论新义，并考察其对区域经济可持续发展的影响。

     Abstract:
Faced by China's resources and environment of the grim situation, from the <The CPC Central Committee on building a harmonious socialist society the decision of a number of major issues>, The "resource utilization efficiency significantly increased, significantly improved the ecological environment" as building a harmonious socialist society, one of the nine objectives and tasks, Devoted to building "a Resource-conserving and Environmentally friendly society". In this paper, recalled the relevant literature has been based on the exploration of the "two-oriented society" under the new situation in the theory of a new justice, and to study its impact on regional economic sustainable development.
