下面一段是从黄金ETF商GLD招股章程里摘抄出来的,小弟学计算机的,英语也很烂,读了半天都没读懂,还望大家帮忙解释下,谢谢

Gold bars allocated to the Trust in connection  with the creation of a Basket may not meet the London Good  Delivery Standards and, if a Basket is issued against such gold, the Trust may  suffer a loss.

Because neither theTrustee nor the Custodian oversees or monitors the activities of subcustodians
who may temporarily hold theTrust!ˉs gold bars until transported to the Custodian!ˉs London vault
failure by the subcustodians to exercise due care in the safe keeping of theTrust!ˉs gold bars could
